Refund Policy

At Digital Fabricators Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of MakerMint Magic. If you are not happy with your subscription or one-time purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Refund Windows by Tier

Because the one-time Lifetime tiers deliver material, non-recoverable value at the moment of purchase (permanent access grant, badge assignment, and future-feature entitlements), refund windows differ by plan:

• Starter — $29/month: full refund within 30 days of the most recent charge. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Pro — $79/month: full refund within 30 days of the most recent charge. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• White-Label Partner — $199/month: full refund within 30 days of the most recent charge, provided the custom-domain routing and client sub-account provisioning have not been used to serve production traffic. Once the white-label surface has been used commercially with end customers, refunds are prorated at our reasonable discretion.
• Founders Lifetime — $149 one-time: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Non-refundable thereafter.
• Founder# Elite — $499 one-time: full refund within 14 days of purchase, and only if the Founder# badge has not been publicly listed on the Founder Wall and no VIP or early-access content has been consumed. Non-refundable thereafter.

The shorter 14-day window on one-time tiers reflects the immediate, permanent nature of the grant (lifetime access, sequential badge assignment, and all-future-features entitlement). This window meets and exceeds the statutory minimum for digital goods in most jurisdictions.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in one of two ways:

• Visit paddle.net and follow their refund request process.
• Email us directly at support@kandscraftsnthings.com with your order details and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future billing; you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (for example, repeated purchases and refunds from the same account). We will always work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
