Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Notification must include:

• Order number
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of packaging

Upon review, K & S Crafts N Things may issue a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital products (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, materials may already be in production.
