Order Processing

All products offered by K & S Crafts N Things are handmade. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may extend to 7–10 business days. Processing time refers to the period before shipment.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All shipments include tracking information. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Requests for international shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to USPS, K & S Crafts N Things is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, customers must contact USPS directly. Replacement orders may be issued at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
